With almost a decade of experience in real estate, working with both buyers and sellers, she has expertise in managing upper-bracket transactions, high profile private and exclusive sales, investor and second home sales, new construction homes, as well as, relocations, first time buyers and 1031 tax-deferred transactions. Mehrnoosh is also one of the few female licensed home builders in the area; her family has been building homes for over 45 years.

Mehrnoosh has been a resident of the Washington Metropolitan area for over 30 years. Having lived in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C., she is very familiar with the neighborhoods and properties in these areas. She has her Bachelors of Sciences in Business Management with a concentration in Law and Public Policy from The University of Maryland.
